Nigeria at 66: Let’s keep praying – Funke Akindele urges Nigerians on Independence Day

Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has urged Nigerians to keep praying for the country.

Funke stated this on Thursday while celebrating Nigeria’s 66th Independence Day amid growing economic hardship.

Speaking in a video shared on her Instagram page, the actress insisted that “Nigeria is our own.”

While urging Nigerians to keep their hope alive, she told them not to stop praying, noting that “Nigeria will be great by God’s grace.”
