Glasgow 2026: Amusan storms into women’s 100m hurdles final

Tobi Amusan breezed into the final of the women’s 100m hurdles at the 2026 Commonwealth Games, DAILY POST reports.

Amusan stormed to victory in her heat in 12.19s, the fastest time ever run at the games.

It was also the third fastest time that the world record holder has ever run.

South Africa’s Marione Fourie came second in a time of 12.50s, while Jamaica’s Kerrica Hill was third in 12.69s.

Amusan will be gunning for a third consecutive Commonwealth Games title in the final later tonight.

She is the overwhelming favourite to retain the title.
